The best things about the Manila Prince Hotel are affordability and accessibility. For less than 3thousand pesos, you can have a room for two pax with breakfast. I requested in my booking that I wanted a large bed. They assigned me in a room with a large bed. The linens are not the whitest I have seen and not the fluffiest. But comfortable enough for a good sleep. In terms of accessibility, the hotel is located at the heart of Manila, near hospital, banks, coffeeshops, and fastfood establishments are in the ground floor. So if you get hungry, you can just go down and buy food. The option for breakfast is not that many - egg, bacon, soup, pastry, chicken, and baked beans - but enough to fill your stomach. Downside? We had an event at the basement (lower level) and the area is not the cleanest. I saw cockroaches! The function halls are also not sound-proof. So good luck, if there are events going on at the other rooms. The hotel can put carpets to absorb the noise. Waitstaff were not responsive also.

Booked 4 rooms for our Mom's birthday celebration- the staff are all polite! The room requests were all granted- connecting rooms on the same floor. Happy with the early check-in as well! The aircon is so cold! (we love it) The kids enjoyed the pool too. However, 2 rooms have 1 extra bed each and we were not aware that they would set them up without us in the room as right after we checked- in, we went out for lunch, and when we were back both extra beds were set up. I believe it is part of the SOP to inform the guest about it. Average breakfast- not quite selections. Still- the hotel is recommended for a short stay!

It was our first time visiting the Philippines, and we decided to stay here because of the recommendations we've been receiving from our pinoy friends. Big thumbs up to Jc for a providing an unforgettable service. As someone new in the country, we genuinely appreciate how he recommends places to go and foods to try. He really knows how to build a good relationship with his guests. Will definitely come back. The hotel is great, delicious foods especially has a Chinese restaurant inside and a nearby gym.

Best breakfast,good bed,good air conditioning.small swimming pool,good gymnastics saloon,2 shopping mall 700 and 900 meter.300 meter Metro station.good security, also not expensive.i.stay more than 3 months i thing.everything ok..one of oldest and solid American made building.

Centrally located which adds to the property's convenience. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have a bar and alcoholic drinks are limited from the coffee house. I attended a function there and the food provided was very tasty. Menu choices not very international and very Filipino. Rooms were clean but aged. Extremely strict check out times without much flexibility. Reception extremely rude when it comes to seeking minor extensions. I had to leave my function just to check out because the hotel staff ordered us to do so. Rather unfriendy. Rooms and hotel do not provide umbrellas but concierge allowed me to borrow a personal umbrella which I'm thankful for.
